Hi, i’m Dr. wylde.
I am a trauma survivor, just like you.
And while we all have our different flavors of trauma, there are some things we just can’t help but share.
Like, weird symptoms that aren’t reflected in labs or imaging. Or if they are, they aren’t easily treated.
Like, never finding a healthcare provider that gets how intricately our trauma weaves in and out and all throughout our health experiences.
Like, how understanding our own experiences can get tricky at times.
Then there are the basic things.
Like, how sleep is hard and sleep aids don’t touch it.
Like, digestion is weird and we’re constipated or having diarrhea, or both.
Like, how we can’t gain weight, or can’t lose it, no matter how much we employ all that conventional wisdom.
I’ve been there. I still am at times.
I became a Naturopathic Doctor to find my own answers, and to help others like me, like you, find them too.
Curious if we’d be a good fit?

The Specifics
My Approach
Trauma shows up in the body in unique ways.
And unfortunately, medicine often fails to understand and integrate the unique ways trauma survivors experience the world.
What you’ll find here:
gentle, compassionate care
Traumatized bodies don’t need another boot camp or another quick answer that falls short of a real solution. Traumatized bodies need gentleness and compassion, understanding that says: “I see you. I know why you struggle with this, why treatments haven’t been effective.”
emphasis on Collaboration
We work TOGETHER to decide on next steps that may challenge but not create additional harm. We target relief and aim for solutions that are sustainable, while empowering you to have a new relationship with your body. I’m less interested in how creative my treatment plan is, and way more concerned with how your life is shifting toward your goals.

LOW & Slow
Traumatized bodies also need TIME. Time to uncover the source of symptoms. Time to work through the blocks that can make change or new habits hard. Time to integrate healing. Our plans are structured so that you receive more time upfront, to take the steps you need, at the pace you need, while still making a big impact. As our time together evolves, you get the space you need to integrate and heal, while still feeling supported and seen.
