An herbal medicine series featuring: Elderberry
What we’re making: Elderberry syrup
Immersive, in-person experience. Together we’ll explore plant medicine basics, including tending, communing, harvesting, and preservation.
We will start with tea & discussion, then move to the kitchen to craft a batch of fresh Elderberry syrup, just in time for flu season!
Each participant will take home: 8oz syrup, recipes for future use, and loads of info about wildcrafting with plant allies.
Additional elderberries will be available for purchase.
Located in my home in N. Portland (address provided closer to event).
